Trending: Unusual as Uche Nwosu sits to receive Chieftancy title

A picture of the proceeding of a chieftaincy conferment has been trending online since the early hours of yesterday morning questioning the integrity and respect for the Igbo tradition and its custodians in Igboland and Imo sate in particular.

The photo which captured some notable traditional rulers in the state like Eze Chidume Okoro and colleagues  conferring  a chieftaincy title on the Chief of Staff, Imo Government House really got concerned citizens and patrotic Igboists talking loud.

A minute silent in honour of our traditional institution. It’s unfortunate that this controversy is revolving around the Chief of staff, Hon. Uche Nwosu. No thanks to our traditional rulers who have turned the tradition upside down just at the mere sight of politicians.

The person sitting down is the Chief of staff to Governor Okorocha and his son in-law Uche Nwosu, he is receiving a chieftaincy title from Imo State Traditional Rulers.

This picture has been trending online since morning, please is there anything wrong with the picture?

This is because of his humane Nature. See more

Chukwu Umar Adam Chieftaincy titles anywhere in Igboland outside of “certain” places in Anambra state is OUTRAGEOUSLY WORTHLESS.

Get Turbaned in the North or become Aare onakakanfo or a serious OZO title in Anambra state and you can ask me to call you by your title.See more

Kizito Udochukwu Don’t blame him when a blind man is leading the blind both falls in the hole, the people coronating him into that title does not know anything not even the rules, tradition is not a respecter of your wealth or assets, the rules must be obeyed not minding who you’re. But it’s unfortunate that in this time money moves them especially ndi okpu red

  1. I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was wondering what all is required to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very internet savvy so I’m not 100% positive. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Appreciate it
