Why I am the Most Qualified For Owerri West Chairmanship Seat –Barr. Asoluka

A frontline aspirant for Owerri west council chairman seat Hon. Barr. Clement Asoluka has reiterated his strong commitment to support the 3R programme of Governor Hope Uzodinma if he emerge as chairman of Owerri west local government council area.

According to him, “I’m an ardent supporter of Sen. Hope Odidika Uzodinma and his initiatives which has taken Imo state to a greater height but the challenge we have is lack of publicity of some work he has accomplished.

“However, I will continue to work with the shared prosperity administration to see that its goals and aspirations are achieved, as man that understand local government administration I know that local government have to collaborate effectively with the state government for a smooth administration.

“To prove further how committed I am in this administration, I ensured the victory of the governor in the last election because I was the collation agent at the local government level, we were 27 for all the local government and I represented Owerri west.

“I campaigned vigorous for the governor’s second tenure because I know he is doing well and as a local government chairman we will synergize effectively as a grassroot politician to bring more development to Owerri west people.

“We don’t want a chairman that will be at loggerhead with the state government hence I will be able to synchronize with the governor better without any friction, having worked for him as a collation agent at local government level and ensuring victory in all the election, I can be trusted with power and other vital things including security.

Hon. Asoluka also pointed out that he has been in the race for the past five years stressing that his overwhelming grassroot support has kept him going, as he eminently qualified be at the helm of affairs at the local government council.
