Okey Ezeh: The Land Of Ikeduru Shall Yield Again.

Ikeduru Local Government Area is largely a farming community. The people are active in the following areas: Food and cash crop production,  particularly cassava, yam, palm produce, livestock farming: poultry and piggery; and fish and snail farming.

But poor access roads for the evacuation of farm produce to the markets, poor extension services to local farmers, lack of improved seedlings, and credit to farmers and lack of fertilizers at affordable rate have hampered their capacity.

It is a priority for Okey Ezeh to boost agricultural production in Ikeduru. Rehabilitation of all rural roads to make them motorable all year round in order to facilitate evacuation of farm produce shall be done.

Provision of improved seedlings, farm inputs, fertilizers and credits to farmers shall be a reality. Improved extension services to farmers shall be a reality, too. The greatness of Ikeduru is exactly what Okey Ezeh seeks. With Okey Ezeh as Imo State Governor, Ikeduru shall surely be great. Vote SDP!
