Imo Is Healthy For Business — APC S’East Nat’l Vice Chairman …Hails Uzodimma On Infrastructure, Economic Summit
The All Progressives Congress, APC, National Vice Chairman of South East, Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, has remarked that the two days Economic Summit held in Owerri, the Imo State capital, would strengthen the economy of the state, hence improve good living, peace and comfort among citizens and other residents of the oil and gas rich state.

Arodiogbu, a renowned medic, a pragmatic politician, a democrat and a strong supporter of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu and Governor Hope Uzodimma, did not mince his words as he reflected that Imo is healthy and ready for business hospitality.
He said the economic summit would stimulate investments, enhance partnerships, unlock the state’s economic potential, focusing on agriculture, manufacturing, power, oil and gas, technology and commerce.
Arodiogbu who was among dignitaries and APC chieftains who actively participated in the summit, stressed that Orashi Electricity Project, dredging of Oguta lake, technology, quality road infrastructure, oil and gas, agriculture, tourism and hospitality richness, among other initiatives and resources, would help the state’s economy to skyrocket to improve development, wellbeing and welfare of citizens.
Arodiogbu who is also the Board Chairman of David Umahi Federal Teaching Hospital, Ebonyi State, hinted that the attraction of Heads of States, Economists and Technocrats across the world, including the former United Nations Secretary General, Ban Ki-Moon, Boris Johnson, former Prime Minister of UK, Vice President of Nigeria, Kashim Shettima, who stood in for President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, Joseph Boakai, President of Liberia, former CNN anchor, Isha Sesay, Professor Benedict Oramah, immediate past President, Afreximbank, Leo Stan Ekeh and Aliko Dangote, is a big plus which he reiterated will go a long way to boosting the economy of the state and making living more pleasing and appetizing.
Observing that the theme of the Summit, “Unlocking Imo’s Economic Potentials: Partnership, Investment and Innovation”, was very apt, Arodiogbu said the Summit targets to generate over one trillion naira from investors across the state and beyond.
While lauding the sterling efforts and capacity of Governor Hope Uzodimma in developing the state even infrastructurally, as well as for gathering the political leaders, entrepreneurs, technocrats and organizing the germanely rich economic summit, the APC chieftain of Arondizuogu origin, affirmed that Imo State is very safe and healthy for business and investment, hence he called on entrepreneurs to come in and invest in the state, which he added is one of the best rising economies in Nigeria.
Arodiogbu emphasized that the quality road infrastructure, tourists attraction, hospitality, Orashi Electricity Project, among others, are instrumental to the success, prosperity and peace Imo State enjoys.
He described Uzodimma as a good leader who works in cordiality with the presidency, APC and other lovers of humanity and democracy to improve development and goodness in Imo State.
