2023 Presidency: Imo Youth Leader, Madumere Gives Reasons For Supporting Peter Obi, Calls For Vote Across Party Lines

Popular Youth leader from Orlu, Imo state, Comrade Prince Arthur Madumere has enumerated concrete reasons for throwing his support for the Labour Party(LP) Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi, while calling on Nigerians to massively vote him across party lines for the long-desired change in the country.

Madumere, who stated this in a recent Facebook post, stressed that his drummed support for the LP Candidate is void of sentiments as a South Easterner but highly based on convictions that Peter Obi will deliver more than other presidential candidates.

He noted that Obi is with a verified “clean record, rich resumé experienced and overtly accepted beyond divides”, hence Nigerians especially the youths are willing to follow him “Even if he is running with CWO or Boys Brigade”

The revered youth leader further stressed that it is high time, party interest is killed in choosing the best candidates during elections while narrating how he supported the Peoples Democratic Party’s(PDP) candidate in the last presidential election because he was the best among the rest then, adding that “Peter Obi is the present”

“I am a man of deep convictions. I don’t bluff and when I chest, I claim it wholly.
In 2019, I supported Alhaji Atiku Abubakar (Turakin/Wazirin Adamawa). We were all members of Turakin Vanguard, Imo State Chapter. I used to have meetings with Nwosu C Chukwunonyerem, Justice Chukwunatu Nwafor, Iheanacho Stanley Ogb, Ali Lucky, etc at Suncity then. That year, I was Atikulated. I even took the ginger higher when Okwute was paired with him”

“What didn’t I do? I used my God-given talent to spread the gospel of Atiku. In fact, I even dated a girl living in Yola and visited that great city just to have a whiff of Atiku”

“But now, something better than Atiku is here in the mold of Peter Obi: clean record, rich resumé, experienced and overtly accepted beyond divides!!

“Peter Obi is the present. We can’t be selling the stale narrative that “Atiku is my party’s candidate so my support is for him” or “Obi is Igbo so we should support him. No!!!”

“These reasons are all hogwash. Balderdash. Bunkum..
We are supporting Peter Obi because he is the best choice in the poll. Even if he is running with CWO or Boys Brigade, Nigerians especially the youths are willing to follow him”

Comrade Arthur Madumere said Nigeria is at a precipice and the young generation is beginning to realize that we are in a dire situation now and “if we all don’t do something urgently and collectively, na die we dey so o”

“Peter Obi is not running for his own glory (he has all the glory he can ever wish in a lifetime); he is running for the sake of you and me”

Madumere advised youths to do the needful in the forthcoming generations to vote in people that will bring about the desired and yearned for changes in the land as there is no country to call fatherland.

“There’s practically no country on earth that can deny him a visa. There’s no head of a government that he can’t have an interface with. He is rich beyond sh*t. So????”

“Dear fellow Nigerian youths, this is our time. Toughen up. It is not gonna be easy but we must continue to build the momentum and push harder. The task of rescuing this forlorn nation now rests squarely on our shoulders”
