Prince Ford Ozumba Emerges An Elected Member Of The Governing Council Of Nigerian Institute Of Public Relations, NIPR
The national conference of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, NIPR which took place on 24th August, 2023 at the Nigerian Airforce Conference Centre Abuja, has raised the bar on what election in the 21st century should be vis-a-vis putting round pegs in round holes. The highpoint of this year’s conference was the Election of Council members and subsequent election and emergence of a new president and chairman of the council, in the person of Dr Ike Neliaku, FNIPR.

Prince Ford Ozumba, a consummate Public Relations professional and former Commissioner for Labour, Employment and Productivity in Imo State also emerged an elected member of the 22-member Council of the Institute.
Prince Ford Ozumba is a thoroughbred professional in Public Relations, Media guru and an all round Progressive. His emergence at the keenly contested election further attests to his towering profile and charisma that has stamped him out as a reputable Public Relations expert.
Undoubtedly, Imo State Chapter is proud of the emergence of one of their revered members as he has obviously elevated the state chapter and as well, placed the south East members in the national reckoning of NIPR.
There is no gainsaying the fact that Prince Ford Obi Ozumba in his usual manner, will bring his vast wealth of experience in Public Relations, media expertise, administration and public governance to bear in the affairs of NIPR and in turn elicit transformative influence in the Affairs of the Institute, especially as a South Easterner becomes the president and chairman of the Institute and the council.
Congratulations Prince Ford Obi Ozumba on your victory as we wish you more accolades going forward.
