July 27: Face of Arise Africa Awards Ceremony Set to Shut Down Owerri City ||| NEWS CORNER
The mother of all awards and peagent in Imo State, Nigeria and Africa in general which is aimed at rewarding excellence, goodwill, projection and promotion of African heritage by distinguished personna, Face of Arise Africa Awards, FAAA is fully set to light up the city of Owerri, Imo State come Saturday 27th July, 2019 at Full Moon Hotels, New Owerri.
The Organizers of the annual accolade, FAAA, stated this in a radio interview with Zanders FM, Owerri recently while calling on all and sundry to grace the occasion that rewards hard work.
Speaking during the interview, the Programme Director, Mr ThankGod Emeh said that “the Face of Arise Arise Africa Award is an annual event which seeks to Crown and honour personalities from the Eastern Heartland, Imo state, Nigeria and in diaspora who have distinguished themselves from all works of life”.

Mr Emeh said that the event is aimed at celebrating personality, values and places that brings out the beauty and Heritage of African continent.
Also speaking, the Pageant Director, Chioma Okafor who spoke more on what to expect on the award day- Saturday 27 July, 2019 said that the Models are fully ready to showcase the rich cultural heritage of Africa to the world.
Miss Chioma said the online voting was one of the criteria the organizers used to have an opinion poll where several persons lended their support to the course.
She added that the event starts with a Red Carpet at 3pm while the award ceremony which promises not to fall of expectations kicks of by 4pm.
Two models among the contestants of who becomes the Brand Ambassador of Face of Arise Africa Magazine while speaking during the interview section said their camping experience has been the best in history as every plan to make the day successful and worthwhile is fully on ground.

They said, the platform has averred them the opportunity to showcase their talents as well as project and promote African heritage at the event.
