Join Me, Let’s Make Imo Safe Again -Samdaddy Appeals To Imo People …Decries Govt’s Melodrama On Insecurity
The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Imo state flag bearer in the forthcoming November 11 guber election, Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu popularly known as Samdaddy has called on all well-meaning Imolites to key into his aspiration and detailed plans to “Save Imo and get it working again”.

Senator Anyanwu who made the call while interacting with a cross-section of media practitioners in the state stated that Imo is in comatose and dire need of transformation hence his resolve to resuscitate, revive, and set Imo back on track as one of the most peaceful, cleanest and hospitality destinations in the country.
Samdaddy at the occasion urged Imo youths to be versatile and embrace information Communications Technology while commending them for the efforts in reshaping the political landscape of the country in the nearly concluded general elections.
“You can see what our state looks like now moving around town”
He however recalled the sacrifices and good working relationship he had enjoyed from the media hence called for synergy between “SamJones” Campaign Council and the media in order to drive home the salvation message to all Imolites.
“I know that with your help, we can win this election by selling our vision and mission statements to Imo people both home and in diaspora”
The PDP guber hopeful decried the level of unemployment in the state, stressing that the government of the day has failed in her duties to gainfully engage the youths.
He also expressed regrets on how the government had failed to trace the root of insecurity among other problems facing the state from the drawing board rather than engage in unwarranted name-calling.
Senator Anyanwu said that Imo in the eyes of outsiders needs to be changed in infrastructural and human capital development.
“We want the world to know that we are ready and have the capacity to Save Imo Again and as well let them know that this government have failed and failed woefully against their campaign promises”
He frowned at the misappropriation and diversion of funds meant for oil-producing areas in the state for personal aggrandisement.
Samdaddy also decried the whopping sum of $26,000 dollars Imo taxpayers money spent on Chartered private jet being used by the state governor on daily basis since his assumption on office where a flight to Abuja is currently N90,000 and the Governor had to park the flight for $1,000 dollars per hour and more as the dollar rate could have it.
