Hon Chike Okafor Congratulates Comrade Alozie on Election Victory ||| NEWS CORNER
The Member representing Ehime Mbano, Ihitte-Uboma, Obowo Federal Constituency, in the House of Representatives, Hon Deacon Chike Okafor, Ph.D have congratulated the Imo Correspondent of Vanguard Newspapers, Comrade Chinonso Alozie on his emergence as the Chairman of Imo Correspondents Chapel; under Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ Imo state Council.
Hon Okafor extended his goodwill in a press release he signed and made available to this newspaper on February 25, 2024 where he extolled Comrade Alozie for being a thorough breed in journalism, hence the confidence reposed in him to lead the Chapel.

The Honourable member commended the new Imo Correspondents Chapel Chairman, Comrade Alozie for being dogged and proactive to have won the “2023 Investigative Journalist of the Year” award barely a month before emerging Chairman of the Chapel.
“Again, I understand that your election is coming a month after you were announced as the 2023 Investigative Journalist of the Year, so this tells of your uniqueness”
Hon Okafor however prayed for greater heights of the Chapel while wishing Comrade Alozie a successful administration.
“I pray that during your reign, the chapel would be galvanized into a more formidable force for the mobilization of the Imo populace to contribute to the growth and advancement of the state”
