Gov Uzodinma Started Well as Governor, says Ebegbulem …vows on effective service

Commissioner for Special Project, Simon Ebegbulem, says Senator Hope Uzodimma has started well as Governor having consolidated some people oriented projects initiated by the past government of Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha.
He noted most of the developmental projects to include infrastructures such as road, electricity, water, including the health sector, employment and pensions.
The journalist also hailed the Governor for the confirmation of all casual civil servants in the Imo State workforce, a generosity he believed would put smiles on faces of the workers.
Ebegbulem who disclosed this in an interview with journalists during the Three Days Retreat organized by the Governor for his political appointees and top government functionaries held recently at the Concorde Hotel, Owerri, described him as a God-fearing leader.
Ebegbulem who is an indigene of Ihitte-Uboma local government area of Imo State and Special Adviser to the APC National Chairman, Adams Oshomole, commended the Governor for delivering democracy dividends to the people and congratulated him over his Supreme Court victory.
Praying for continued divine direction and strength on the Governor, Ebegbulem thanked him for finding him fit for the appointment, promising to join hands to lift Imo State positively.
The Commissioner said he learnt good lessons from the retreat which would help him to function effectively.
“The retreat was quite interesting, informing and educating. We are putting effort to improve on good governance. It is a new challenge for good conduct. The resource persons too were wonderful and good. Their presentations were quite revealing and apt”.
Theme of the retreat was “Re- Energizing Imo Towards Sustainable Development – a Collective Action”.
