Christians Charged To Trust God As Nicole Efemena Munachimso Uvie-Odeghe Goes To church
By Ikenna Orioha…
It was a reign of happiness as Hon. and Mrs. Moses Uvie- Odeghe dedicated their precious daughter, Nicole Efemena Munachimso Uvie- Odeghe, to church.
The child dedication took place at First Baptist Church Owerri, Imo State, on Sunday.
While wishing the child better life opportunities, Rev. John Nnoje PhD, prayed to God to bless her and make her a good instrument of His Word, saying she is a special breed who should be shown the ways of God so that when she grows old she would not depart from the things of God, church and humanity.
“Munachimnso is a special breed of God who is divinely created to do signs and wonders. She will live to do the will of God. She will be a great gift to her family, the church and society. Let her parents guide her properly”, Nnoje admonished.
While basing his sermon on “Only Trust Jesus”, Onoje advised Christians to always have their trust in Jesus for healing, prosperity, peace and security”
“Heaven shall be opened for all Christians who do the will of God. I pray that God will give the nation good leaders who will pilot the affairs of the country well to meet the vagaries of socio-economic challenges confronting the people”.
Pouring their joy, the parents of Munachimso, Hon. and Mrs. Moses Uvie- Odeghe, heartily eulogized God for answering their prayers with a gift of a beautiful child who they said would be cherished and couched to do the will of God.

“Our hearts are gladdened as we give thanks to God for His faithfulness and mercy. He has been there for us. Nicole Efemena Munachimso Uvie- Odeghe is a child of destiny and prophecy. God is to be relied on. It is God’s grace that a beautiful child was born in our family, not by our power nor our might. He is too faithful to fail those who lay absolute trust in Him. God cannot change. He is what He is. There is nothing God cannot do”, they said.
The Uvie- Odeghe’s appreciated members and leaders of First Baptist Church Owerri for being there for them in both prayers and encouragement.
However, a reception was held at the Newton Hotel Owerri with political leaders, captains of industries, members of the Christian community in Imo State, business associates and friends graced the event glorifying God for blessing the family with a pretty, healthy-bouncing baby girl.
