Court, Imo Assembly Vindicate me as Authentic Fabrication Chairman, Says Kaka ||| NEWS CORNER

Imo State Chairman of Iron and Steel Senior Staff Association of Nigeria(ISSSAN), Mr Kaka Kingdom Udochuku, has advised his opponent, Mr Donald Nzuruike, an indigene of Nekede, Owerri West, to stop infringing on his jurisdiction as the substantive Chairman of ISSSAN, but to admit his defeat in the Court, as well follow the decision of the State Government reached through the Imo State House of Assembly who found him as substantive Chairman of the association.
Speaking to journalists in Owerri, recently, Mr Kaka Kingdom Udochukwu, noted that the Industrial Courts he approached with Mr Donald Nzuruike who claims he is the Imo State Chairman of Fabrication, had judged in his favor as substantive Chairman of ISSSAN, including the Imo Assembly Committee on Oil & Gas, Petroleum Resources, ISOPADEC and NDDC chaired by Honourable Okoro Cyriacus Heclus, wondering why Donald Nzuruike who earlier begged him to withdraw the matter from Court so that they settle out of Court could not respect the decision of Court and Imo Assembly and stop pooling his legs.
Kaka Kingdom Udochuku while hinting that Donald Nzuruike "dragged to be the Chairman of Welder and Filters of Imo State while I am still the Chairman of ISSSAN", disclosed that anything concerning welding and fabrication brings the two associations together, saying "my Union, ISSSAN has been in existence for years. We took Donald Nzuruike to Industrial Court, Port Harcourt and won him. He rejected the judgment of the Court, went and obtained a certificate in disobedience to Court order and failed again in their suit against ISSSAN", adding that his rival's refusal to make peace led him to sue him again to Industrial Court to pay him #20m for infringing on his jurisdiction.

Imo State Chairman of Iron and Steel Senior Staff Association of Nigeria(ISSSAN), Mr Kaka Kingdom Udochuku Udochuku observed that the Deputy Governor of Imo State, Engineer Gerald Irona, referred the issue to Imo Assembly for amicable resolution which he hinted was handled by the House Committee Chairman on Oil and Gas, Petroleum Resources, ISOPADEC and NDDC, Honourable Okoro Curiacus (Heclus), who represents Ohaji/ Egbema State Constituency.
He maintained that the legislator having thoroughly investigated the matter, found him as the authentic Chairman of Imo Fabrication.
Kaka, having quoted Heclus as saying "I therefore recommend their State Chairman, Mr Kaka Kingdom Udochuku, being one of the Landlords in the operational area in Ohaji Egbema, Oguta, to you to recognise him as the Fabrication Chairman in Imo State and accord him all the rights and privileges for and on behalf of ISSSAN, Imo State branch", explained that since his opponent does not even want to abide by Imo Assembly and Court decision told him to sue ISSSAN to Court with certificate if he has any authentic one, urging the "public to disregard him because he is breeding nuisance to the peaceful society for claiming what he is not”.
