2027: Youth Leader Chima Kafor Rallies Support For Uzodimma’s Orlu Senate Bid …Urges Orlu Youths to Unite for Sustained Political Engagement ||| NEWS CORNER
Engr. Chima Kafor, immediate past South East National Vice President of the Nigeria Youth Organization (NYO) and 2027 All Progressives Congress (APC) aspirant for Obowo State Constituency, has called on youths across Orlu Zone to rally behind Governor Hope Uzodimma’s senatorial ambition.
Kafor made the call on Monday while addressing journalists in Owerri, stressing the need for unity among youth leaders and groups in the zone to ensure continued political stability and development in Orlu and Imo State at large.
He described Governor Uzodimma as a leader with the capacity to attract greater federal presence to the zone, noting that his experience in governance would be a strategic asset at the National Assembly.
“This is the time for Orlu youths to speak with one voice. We need sustained and positive political engagement to consolidate the gains recorded in the last few years”, Kafor said.

The Obowo-born engineer reaffirmed his personal commitment to the governor’s political vision, expressing confidence that Uzodimma’s representation at the Red Chamber would fast-track infrastructure and human capital development across Imo West Senatorial District.
“I am fully committed to supporting His Excellency’s senatorial bid. I believe in the progress and development that his leadership will bring to Orlu Zone and Imo State”, he added.
Kafor urged youth organizations, student bodies, and community associations in the 12 local government areas of Orlu Zone to close ranks and mobilize grassroots support ahead of the 2027 general elections.
