2019: Okorocha directs free release of Dan Anyim stadium to Politicians

The Imo state Governor, His Excellency, Owelle Rochas Okorocha has in a press release by his Chief Press Sam Onwuemeodo directed that the Dan Anyiam Stadium be released to Political Parties or Candidates wishing to do their rallies or carry out other Political activities at the Stadium free of any charge.

The release further stated that those using the Stadium should ensure its cleanliness and the protection of the facilities at the Stadium considering the huge amount the government had spent to rebuilt and service the Stadium.

The CPS in the release said the governor has taken then step to continue to promote healthy Political environment in the State and also in demonstration of his unbridled Political tolerance and that of his administration.
