2018 JAMB: Imo State tops application the 7th time ||| NEWS CORNER
Imo people and the public are told that the State has again come first in the 2018 Jamb application with 92,890 candidates as disclosed by the Registrar of Jamb, Professor Ishaq Oloyede.
Oyo and Osun States came second and third with 86,695 and 86,044 registered candidates.
The Jamb Registrar, Professor Oloyede disclosed this at a press conference in Abuja.
With this current development, Imo State has topped JAMB application for seven years now beginning from 2012.
A release by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Sam Onwuemeodo says the free and qualitative education programme of the Rochas Okorocha led Rescue Mission administration is responsible for this wonderful feat.
The release states that this is also the reason the Governor will not toy with the issue of who succeeds him because the flame of this fire of progress he put on must be made to continue shining to the glory of God.
