Uzodimma’s Emergence As Chairman Of Progressives Governor’s Forum Is An Added Advantage — Arodiogbu

The South East APC National Vice Chairman, Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, has said that the emergence of Governor Hope Uzodimma as Chairman of Progressives Governors Forum (PGF) is an added advantage to the people of Imo State and the entire South East.
He said the elevation will place the Governor in more executive position that would enable him to attract more dividends of democracy to the people especially social amenities such as electricity, road, healthcare, water including employment and empowerment of youths and women.
Obviously, Governor Hope Uzodimma was elected Chairman of Progressives Governors Forum last Wednesday in Abuja, the Seat of Nigeria’s Power, in an election which involved Governors who were elected into office under the platform of APC. The PGF is a forum which is made up of Governors who were elected under APC, serving as a platform for collaboration, policy development and sharing of experiences.
Arodiogbu who disclosed this in an interaction with our reporter in Owerri, hinted that the Governor merits the exalted position because he has efficiently, sensibly redefined governance through his leadership acumen and sagacity as captured in his 3R agenda of rehabilitation, reconstruction and recovery of Imo State.
The proficient medic and illustrious son of Imo State was of the view that the champion of Shared Prosperity administration will not leave any stone unturned to revolutionize Imo State through what he termed social infrastructure, quality and affordable education, employment/empowerment opportunities, creating admissible grounds for artisanship, agriculture/farming, commercialization industrialization, tourism, hospitality, entertainment and trading.
While congratulating the Governor on his election as Chairman of Progressives Governors Forum, Arodiogbu maintained that the Governor’s reelection in 2023 will witness tremendous economic and social hive hence he urged the people of Imo State to consider all the good things the Governor has done and fully support him, as well as give him their mandate to enable him consolidate these goodies.
