The newly launched Terrenos Property Limited Chief Executive Officer, Mazi Paschal Onuoha, has expressed the need for Owerri residents and the environs to invest in a reliable real estate property developer company and called for partnership.

The CEO Mazi Paschal Onuoha made the disclosure during the official launching of the company in Owerri, recently.
He noted that the company during their ground work in February have aquired two office location sites in Ogbaku and Oforola respectively.
Mazi revealed that all Terrenos properties are affordable for their prospective customers, adding they have an office that take care of their clients.


According to him, “the most important thing we want to call on people to come and do business with a reliable and geniue developer, with Terrenos you are sure that your investment is secured.
“We are just officially launching our office today, we have been here during the ground work in February this year. We are able to acquire two more offices in Ogbaku, Oforola, and I can tell you by the time Terrenos will be celebrating one year anniversary in Imo State, we will have a lot of properties added to our portfolio.


“I assure Owerri real estate investors that their hard earned money is secured, our company has a good track record. I urged every Imolites to come and partner with Terrenos Property Limited”, he stated.

Meanwhile, as part of giving back to the society, Terrenos Property distributed bags of rice, indomie noodles to participants while four individuals received four plots of land one per each beneficiaries and many other prizes.
