Over 7000 PDP, APGA, Decampees Will Boost Uzodimma’s 2nd Tenure Bid –Arodiogbu
As Imo State prepares for governorship election in November 11, 2023, APC National Vice Chairman, South East, Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, has stated that the over 7000 members of PDP, APGA and other political parties who defected to APC will boost chances of Governor Hope Uzodimma’s second tenure in office.
He said the decampees came into APC to fully support the reelection process of Governor Hope Uzodimma because they see him as a good person with democratic spirit, having redefined governance in the state through his human driven and development oriented projects, policies, programs and activities in the 27 Local Government Areas of Imo State.
Speaking in Owerri, weekend, Arodiogbu hinted that the Governor is a natural leader who is Godly, friendly, jovially magnanimous, astutely, meekly inspiring, loving and sensible, little wonder he galvanizes the people, stakeholders and party faithful with a view to doing the needful to edify the state, engage citizens and visitors in productive, meaningful activities for improved, peace oneness and security.
The sound medic and illustrious son of Imo State added that the decampees are politically smart for joining APC and rallying active support for Senator Hope Uzodimma, stressing that their action sends positive message to Imolites and electorate about the Governor’s leadership acumen, political sagacity and undoubted patriotism for the state and the people.
While welcoming the decampees into APC fold, Arodiogbu urged good spirited Imolites to continue to support the Shared Prosperity led government, as well as reelect Governor Hope Uzodimma to enable him, his team and the party consolidate good governance in the interest of the people and for the sustenance of Imo State and pragmatic leadership.
