Ohaji Egbema protesters block Govt House over Opiah, SOLAD alleged evil manipulation …Call for SOLAD’s sack
Hundreds of protesters on Tuesday 25th June, 2024, staged a demonstration at the entrance of Imo State Government House Owerri, accusing the former Speaker, Rt. Hon. Speaking during the protest, the Spokesperson of the group, Mr. Lucky Onyiri told newsmen that the people of Awarra Court Area protested against the evil activities of Rt. Hon. Goodluck Nanah Opiah in Ohaji.

According to him, today 25th June 2024, the good people of Awarra Court Area carried out a massive protest against the evil activities of Rt Goodluck Nana Opiah in Ohaji Oil and Gas rich Kingdom.
“He tried to manipulate Chairmanship election which was earlier zoned to Awarra Court Area by Chief Charles Orie with other stakeholders of Ohaji/Egbema including Prof. Vitalis Nwulu who later tuned around to be used by Rt Goodluck Nana Opiah”
“He manipulated the newly appointed SOLAD of Ohaji/Egbema to appoint new PG’S without proper consultation because Rt Goodluck Nana Opiah wants to control the Oil and Gas business in Ohaji as green”, he said
“The protesters carried placard with varying inscription as “The People’s Gov should remove Princewill onyeaju as SOLAD of Ohaji Egbema LGA”, “Abacheke in Ohaji Egbema is on fire because of Opiah,” “Opiah should stay clear of Ohaji Egbema, Opiah should go and make peace in his Community, Abacheke.

While sending a strong warning to Rt. Hon. Opiah for an alleged instigating crisis in Ohaji Egbema, the protesters further begged the Governor Senator Hope Uzodimma to sack the Sole Administrator, Hon. Chief Onyeaju Princewill, adding that the protesters were against the purported announcement by the SOLAD.
