Ihite Uboma, Obowo endorses Okey Ezeh for Imo Guber Race

The Council of traditional rulers and the good people of Ihite Uboma and Obowo areas of Imo State over the weekend endorsed the Imo SDP Gubernatorial candidate, Sir Okey Ezeh alongside his Deputy, Dr. Casmir Ihegworo during a campaign tour.
Speaking to women and youths at Okenalogho, Umulogho town hall, Dr. Ihegworo described his principal, Okey Ezeh as a man with the fear of God hence his choice for a man of God as his running mate because he needs God’s backing for the rebirth of the state.
He added that he is not a born or career politician but a core technocrat who has come to salvage the state in all ramification.
Also speaking, a chieftain of the SDP in the area, Chief Okeiwu called on the youths of the community to support the candidacy of Okey Ezeh as well as other candidates of the party in the forthcoming general elections adding that verifiable facts proves the party to be the best with its array of credible candidates.

The SDP candidate for Obowo state constituency in Imo House of Assembly, Hon. Chidi Agbaraji and his colleague for Ihite Uboma state constituency, Sir Isreal Igiri shortly after receiving the party flags from Dr. Casmir Ihegworo expressed gratitude to everyone who graced the ocassion and in particular the leadership of the partty for finding them fit to fly the party’s flag.
They said the SDP is the best and only united party in the state and called on the people of the area and Imolites in general to vote in Okey Ezeh as well as other candidates to change the anomalies in the system.
Speaking at Amaluyi Ihite Uboma, the Traditional Prime Minister of the community, Nze Okenze Chibueze and some opinion leaders of the community extolled the Social Democratic Party for the timely visit and assured them of their support having cross-checked the blueprints of Okey Ezeh stressing that he is the best among other candidates in the state.
Nze Okenze charged the people not to sell their conscience and votes for peanuts but to vote in credible leadership that would holistically gear the rebirth and transformation of the state.
At the end of the day, a total of one hundred and eight, 108 campaign council personnel were at the event inaugurated and charged to spread the good news of Imo Rebirth in the area.
Some unemployed youths and graduates of the areas were also empowered and given grants of three hundred thousand naira (N300,00) to start up small scale businesses hence volunteered to drive a door to door campaign to ensure the party’s victory.
The Imo Rebirth campaign trail was at the tour warmly welcome amist cheers and hearty prayers for victory at the polls by well meaning people of the areas and environs who are desirous of the radical transformation of Imo state.
