NYCN rejoices with new Imo commissioner, Ukaegbu, over appointment
The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) has congratulated Mr Mandela Ukaegbu over his appointment as Commissioner for Youth Development and Talent Hunt in Imo.
The South East Organising Secretary of the NYCN, Mr Izunna Agwuncha said this in a release made available to newsmen in Owerri, on Thursday.
Our correspondent reports that Gov. Hope Uzodinma of Imo, on Wednesday, swore in Ukaegbu along with four others as substantive commissioners to head various ministries in the state.

Others appointed were Mr Rex Anunobi, Dr. Henry Okafor, Prof. Victor Nwachukwu and Prof. Michael Ubaka.
Agwuncha described the appointment of Ukaegbu as Pioneer commissioner for the ministry “ as one of the best decisions of the Governor which would uplift the young people of the state.
He further described Ukaegbu as a passionate young leader with clear vision especially in the area of human capital development.
“ We have no doubt that he will inject his transformational leadership skills to recover, redefine and reposition Imo youth.
“ The entire youth constituency are happy with the Governor while praying for God’s wisdom and guidance for the Honourable Commissioner “, Agwuncha said.
