Ohaji/Egbema LG Boss Receives Excellent Service Award from Rotary Club

The Executive Chairman of Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State, Prince Marcel Amadioha, has received an Excellent Service Award from Rotary Club of Owerri.
The Honor Award came during the Installation Ceremony of Rtn. Ifunanya Macaulay- Onwusoro, as the 47th President of Rotary Club of Owerri, held last week, at The Place Event Centre, Owerri.

Presenting the Honor to the Ohaji/Egbema Council Chairman, the Rotary Club of Owerri said the Medal of Honor bestowed on him was spurred by his selfless service to humanity and the quality leadership he renders to the people of the oil region which it said engender peace and improved development.
The Club urged Prince Marcel Amadioha to continue to lead the people of Ohaji/Egbema with the fear of God in order to enhance good living and sustainable peace and development.
In his response, Prince Marcel Amadioha, vowed that he shall uphold good governance in the Council to enable the improvement of good living and peace sustainability at the local government.

Amadioha assured that the Award will always “motivate him to solidify purposeful governance to the collective good of the people, as well as enhance infrastructural development”.
While congratulating his political Boss and the Speaker emeritus of Imo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Goodluck Nana Opia, for equally being meritoriously recognized by the Rotary Club of Owerri on his quality service to the society, Amadioha thanked the Club for finding him worthy for the Award which he reiterated he would enliven.

Also, the Executive Chairman appreciated those who accompanied him to receive the Award and described Rtn. Ifunanya Macaulay- Onwusoro as a responsible breed who he believed would perform excellently as 47th President of Rotary Club of Owerri.
