Martins Ejiogu calls for Uzodimma’s reelection
The Special Adviser to the Governor on Election Management, Sir Martins Ejiogu (Ochendo), has called on Imo people to give their 100 percent votes to the APC guber candidate in the November 11 2023 election to enable him strengthen fair democracy and purposeful leadership in the state.
He made the call for the governor’s retention in office as Governor in a chat with our reporter in Owerri on Tuesday.
Ejiogu said Uzodimma deserves second tenure as Governor because he has really exemplified good governance in his first term and would ably sustain democracy dividends when he is reelected as Governor in the forthcoming guber poll.
The fair-minded politician and proponent of good leadership disclosed that Governor Hope Uzodimma has performed excellently in many areas of governance especially on road, bridge, hospital construction, youth and women empowerment, education, agriculture, trade, commerce and industry, employment, regular payment of salaries and wages to public workers.
Ejiogu who has been canvassing votes, advocating and galvanizing people towards the reelection of Uzodimma, appealed to all Imo eligible voters to see positive reasons and give their ballots to the Governor so that peace, orderliness, security, progress, social development and economic prosperity become hallmarks of Imo State.
The proud son of Isu LGA and political giant did not mince his words as he specially call on the youth of Imo State to massively vote for Uzodimma who he defined as youth-friendly and development-driven politician to enable him assuage underdevelopment and hardship in the state.
“I call on all eligible Imo electorate to firmly and efficiently give their 100 percent votes to the APC guber candidate, Senator Hope Uzodimma, in the Saturday November 11 2023 governorship election to enable him win the election to sustain good governance, democracy dividends thereby enhance peace, comfort, orderliness, socio-economic development and security in the state”, Ejiogu stated.
