Imo Youth Parliament Condemns Barbaric, Nefarious Attacks on Nigerians in South Africa, Dares to Retaliate If…
The Apex legislative youth body in the state has condemned in totality the outrageous attacks meted on Nigerians in South Africa.
The Parliament describes the attack as inhuman insensitive, needless and obnoxious, frowning at the way and manner South Africans have always seen Nigerians as prey and Never-Do-Wells hence have on many occasions attacked and devour them like carnivores.
The Youth Representatives called on Federal government to take very repulsive, decisive and definitive measures to secure the lives and properties of Nigerians living in South Africa and as well send its special envoys to protect or repatriate our brothers from South Africa.
The parliamentarians who regretted that the Xenophobic attacks on Nigerians by South Africa is gradually becoming an irksome culture stressed that the inhumane treatment is capable of annihilating the bilateral relations between the two countries.
They registered that the South African government retraces their steps which has not been only worrisome of Africans killing one another but a recurring decimal from them, adding that the Apartheid country has bastardized Universal Human Rights and should be made to answer for their actions before it gets out of hand.
“Let it be known to the South Africans that nobody has a monopoly of violence and Nigerians will not hesitate to retaliate if this madness is not curtailed in the shortest possible time”
“Our peaceful nature must not be taken for granted because the gentility of a lion does not mean it cannot roar rather a calculated attempt to clinch its target.”
“The South Africans has pushed us to the wall and unfortunately we can’t take it anymore”
“We would cramp down all their investments in our state and bring them to ruins, at least that would encourage our local productions and grow our economy”, The speaker Rt Hon Nwama Stanley smith roars.
“Enough is Enough.”
