Imo Transport Company: Aburi Expresses Gratitude over Interim Appointment

Mr Ahanonu Williams Aburi, has expressed gratitude to God for keeping him, as well as availing him the opportunity for the elevation by the Governor, Emeka Ihedioha as Member, Interim Management Committee, Imo Transport Company, ITC.
Aburi stated this while speaking to journalists shortly after the official inauguration of the ITC Interim Management Committee Members by the Secretary to the Imo State Government, Barr Uche Onyeaguocha, on Monday, at the Cabinet Building, Owerri.
Aburi who promised to work in team with other Members of the Committee to achieve objective of repositioning the Parastatal in order to add abundantly to the economic generation of the state for enhanced development, thanked the Governor and the PDP for finding them worthy for the appointment, vowing they would not disappoint Imo people who has repose total confidence on them for effective performance.
“I’m quite excited with the appointment. It is a call to serve Imo State truthfully and effectively. I shall keep striving for the good of PDP and Imo State. I will work in tandem with other Committee Members to meet goals. Rebuilding Imo State is the task which all hands must champion to succeed”, Aburi maintained.

Until his appointment, Ahanonu Williams Aburi has been the Imo State PDP Youth Leader who coordinated the Imo youths who fought tooth and nail to ensure the victory of the present administration led by Governor Emeka Ihedioha of the PDP extraction.
He hails from Nkwerre, Imo State, a consummate politician who has been in the vanguard of directing the youth to positivity and nation building.
