I am Not a Fraudster —Eze Desmond Ali Dissociates Self from Falsehood
ThankGod Emeh…
The Traditional Ruler of Obinnoha Autonomous Community in Mbaitolu local government area of Imo State, Eze Desmond Nnamdi Ali (the Obi II of Obinnoha) has dissociated himself from false and jaundiced reports making rounds on Nairaland and Amebo9ja blogs that he is a fraudster in any guise as wrongly and adulteratedly reported by disgruntled elements.
Eze Desmond who could not lay hold of the said claims by the unknown reporters on the platforms who did not only used pseudo-names but painted unreal stories, said those behind the ugly narratives are out to both play the devil’s advocate and as well serve their selfish interests as all the stories pushed out holds no base in reality.
Speaking to newsmen, the Traditional Ruler who recounted that none of his humanitarian gestures in society, have been based on personal aggrandizement or fraud but for the love of humanity, however regretted offering a legal aid to an Anambra born Widow, Lotanna Eze (married to an Enugu billionaire, Chief Emeka Eze) who beckoned on him to help her recover her late husband’s property denied her by her late husband’s family, only to discover that the widow -Lotanna Eze, was legally divorced and documents completely sealed to that effect.

Eze Desmond also recalled that Lotanna Eze during the said legal proceedings failed to substantiate her claims of being unduly stripped of her entitlements as she was long divorced before the said husband’s death, only to surface after his death to lay claims of belonging as his third wife.
The reverred Traditional Ruler said the bone of contention is only that he stopped helping her fight for her supposed and acclaimed selfish interests, hence the prime alleged blackmailer resorted to tarnish his image.
“The false reports about me was reported by Lotanna Eze who was long divorced by Emeka Eze before his death
“She told me how the family was manhandling her and her children and carted away with the documents of late Emeka Eze’s property
“She came to me to help her fight her course but not knowing that she was giving me false information, and as a result I jettisoned every engagement in that regard as she wanted to use my position to get things done wrongly.
“When I came into the matter, I discovered at the court that the divorce was properly done, against her claims and yearnings that the divorce process was faulty.
“She is desperate to claim the properties of her late husband to the extent of telling me that one of late Emeka Eze’s properties in Wuse close to UBA bank at 1X plaza was given to her as a gift and presented a document that was signed as a deed of gift which all turned out to be false as the documents do not exist in the database.
“I detached myself from the case because she wanted to ruin my image by giving me false documents to fight her course.
“Everything about her is false… Her documents and her claims are all false.
Eze Desmond Ali however advised Lotanna Eze to sue for peace between her children and her late husband’s family, stressing that falsehood would do her no good both now and in the long run while urging the general public to disregard all the false claims and reports put out to defame his person.
“I advise her to desist from the acts of trying to grab properties for herself and her children. She should be sincere to herself and have the fear of God”
