Governor Ihedioha Directs Immediate Payment Of December Salaries To Workers
Imo State Governor Emeka Ihedioha has directed payment of December Salaries to Civil servants in the State as well as workers in the Local Governments.
This was made known in a press release issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Chibuike Onyeukwu.
According to the release, the State Accountant General, was directed to commence payment of the December Salaries immediately, with effect from Tuesday December 17, 2019.
Governor Ihedioha also directs the payment of pensions to all pensioners in the State and Local Government for the month of December
The release adds that the directive is in line with Governor Ihedioha’s resolve to ensuring that workers and pensioners in the State prepare for the Christmas and New Year Celebrations.
