Okoro who enjoined youths to imbibe hardwork, virtue, love, patriotism, godliness and sense of duty to be as great as them, stressed that morality and skills should be prioritized by youths in order to help calve a niche for themselves.
Okoro who was among government functionaries who actively participated in the Lecture Series in honor of the erudite diplomat, Emeka Anyaoku, described the event as memorable hence the youths have been copiously inspired to be productive, proficient and assertive to gain success.
