Ekiti Governorship Victory: Arodiogbu Hails Uzodimma’s Strategic Role, Says APC Will Sweep South-East in 2027
The All Progressives Congress (APC) National Vice Chairman of South East and the Chairman of the Governing Board of David Umahi Federal University Teaching Hospital, Uburu, in Ebonyi State, Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, has lauded the Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, over the significant role he played that added to the landslide victory of the APC candidate, Biodun Oyebanji, in the just concluded Ekiti State Guber Election.
Arodiogbu who gave the appraisal in a chat last Friday, stated that the Ekiti Guber Election, which was peacefully, freely and democratically held on Saturday, June 19, 2026, was a sign that the APC is going to win overwhelmingly in the 2027 general elections.
Just as he assured that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who is revolutionizing Nigeria especially in terms of revitalizing the economy, as well as solidifying public institutions and infrastructures, will be reelected in 2027.
He said Governor Hope Uzodimma who was a member of the APC Guber Election Council in Ekiti State and the Director- General, Renewed Hope Ambassadors, in line with the people – oriented agenda of the APC, brought his wealth of experience in politics and governance to bear – coupled with the contributions of other APC faithful, hence the reelection victory of Biodun Oyebanji.
Arodiogbu described Governor Hope Uzodimma as a good party man who is humanitarian and patriotic, being well loved, cherished and respected across the country, saying “his truthfulness, integrity and the milestone achievements, which are strengthening peace, prosperity and development in Imo State, have been widely: nationally and internationally applauded.
The renowned Medical Doctor and a prominent indigene of Ndiadimoha – Arondizuogu in Ideato North LGA of Imo State, who is very happy and proud of Governor Hope Uzodimma for his vision, activeness, vibrancy, viability, democratic leadership and humanitarianism, reiterated that the APC is going to sweep all elective seats in the forthcoming polls to enable the party to consolidate good governance, thereby improve peace, infrastructure and development.
He called on the people of the South East to continue to support the APC to enable the party attract more goodies and development from the federal government which he maintained is being steered by a diplomatic President who is well pleased with the leadership spirit, charisma, political pragmatism and capacity of Governor Hope Uzodimma.
