COZA Pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo Granted Bail
Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly has been granted bail. He is to produce two sureties who must be above level sixteen in the civil service.
One of the sureties presented by the pastor also served as his witness.
He is waiting for the arrival of the second surety who is on his way from Port Harcourt.
Police sourcs say that he will not be released until every condition is met.
The Force Criminal intelligence Department says Busola Dakolo will also be brought in for questioning before investigation commences.
