Chima Amadi, the Man to Beat in 2027 Imo Guber Polls –Stakeholders Insist

The founder and vision bearer of ‘The Mazí Organization, TMO’; a promising organization with an egalitarian background, Dr. Chima Amadi has been described as the best brain to change the ugly narratives in Imo leadership and governance, adding that he is the man to beat in 2027 Imo Gubernatorial race.

The former Imo House of Assembly member for Ihitte Uboma state Constituency, Hon. Michael Crown, and Spokesperson of TMO, Comrade Cajetan Duke alongside other stakeholders of the organization, stated this at the inauguration of Fix Imo Media Team on Sunday, February 24, 2025 at Orange Room Club, New Owerri, Imo state.

Hon. Crown who doubles as the Convener of the meeting, stressed that the inauguration of the media team was germane to chart a new normal in Imo’s political and economic landscape as journalists are key players in the development of society.

Hon. Crown noted that Amadi’s longtime discipline and vision is to have an economically viable state with dividends of democracy and social amenities among other needs, hence the call for him to run for Governor.

“Looking at what Dr. Chima Amadi represents in the business and private sector, we asked him to come and help us fix Imo State, and he agreed,” he stated.

The Convener urged media practitioners to project the vision of Dr. Chima Amadi as well as the concepts of TMO to rebuild the state.

Speaking on the need to embrace the new political normal across the state, the Spokesperson of The Mazí Organization, Comrade Cajetan Duke urged journalists to set the agenda for a paradigm shift from the old order of career politicians to a visionary personality like Dr. Chima Amadi, whom he described as a ideal leader who is poised to restore Imo State to its former glory.

Comrade Duke equally called for media partnership, noting that the synergy is “to market a consistent brand” as “Mazi Chima Amadi represents partnership, collaboration and a new narrative of leadership and governance”

The TMO Spokesperson, however, decried that “For the past six years, journalism business has been moribund in Imo state” but assured that “Dr Amadi is bringing all the necessary experience, tools, and workforce to bear” to ensure the objective of TMO is roundly achieved.

“Dr. Chima Amadi believes in Enduring partnership and We are going to set our eyes on the ball and the ball is Douglas House”, the immediate past Spokesman of the All Progressive Congress, APC Imo state reiterated.

Speaking also, the State Coordinator of TMO, Comrade Calistus Onwuegbuchilam added that Dr. Amadi is a good market that sells himself” having been accepted across boards without political blemishes.

Comrade Onwuegbuchilam lauded the stakeholders at the meeting for their commitment to delivering the ideas, objectives and programmes of TMO, assuring to live up to all expectations.

Adding his voice, a political strategist, Dr. Harold Onummuo, emphasized that Dr. Chima Amadi, through the TMO, has awakened a new phase of political consciousness in the state owing to his pedigree hence called on all and sundry to cue into his vision to salvage the state.

Dr. Onummuo however gave a vote of confidence to the media team, adding that media partnership is the key to changing ugly leadership narratives
