Belusochukwu Showers Accolades on Uzodimma Over His Second Term, Describes Him as Visionary Leader

The National Chairman of Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN), Hon. Belusochukwu Enwere, has joined millions of Imolites across boards to shower accolades on the Governor for being a true leader who has transformed the state with his quality monumental achievements as he celebrates his 2nd term’s first year Anniversary.

Congratulating him on Wednesday during a telephone chat, Belusochukwu said Hope Uzodimma, who became Governor on January 2020 following his victory at the Supreme Court, has richly prudently achieved significant things in various sectors which range from Infrastructure Development, Economic Transformation, Security, Welfare, Healthcare and Education, Youth Empowerment, among other numerous gains.

“His Excellency’s Second Term in governance has indeed recorded significant gains and achievements which are transforming the state in many aspects of developments.

“3R administration initiated, executed and completed over 130 Roads such as Owerri-Umuahia dual carriageway and Asumpta Flyover, among other Roads which had improved mobility, trade and security and tourism.

“Construction and commissioning of the Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu International Convention Centre (EIICC), a world-class building that dignifies Imo State as a premier convention destination. The Light Up Imo project aimed at strengthening the state’s economy through constant electricity supply.

“He set up the Skill-Up Imo program through which over 50,000 Imo Youths were trained on Software Engineering, AI, Cyber-Security and Fintech and empowered accordingly.

“There is improved security measures which add to a reduction in insecurity with peace being restored in the state. The payment of #16 billion gratuity arrears and ensure that Pensioners receive their entitlements. Increment on Minimum Wage for state civil servants from N70,000 to N104,000.

“The Governor has also established six functional tertiary hospitals, recruited skilled birth attendants and upgraded general hospitals and partnerships with international bodies such as the Gates Foundation and Clinton Health Access Initiative, among other gains”, Belusochukwu stated.

He said these values recorded by the APC and 3R administration will place Imo into a continuous economic haven with peace, security and social comfort raigning supreme in the state for enhanced development and orderliness.

He described the Governor as a prudent democratic leader whose name he added would always resonate when goodness is mentioned.

Belusochukwu, who is also the South East Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Agenda (SERHA) of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, who has been galvanizing the youth who are richly and massively supporting the APC, Governor Hope Uzodimma and President Tinubu, prayed for God’s sustenance, more wisdom and direction as they lead the people to success.
