Anyanwu Congratulates Barr Kennedy Ibeh, Speaker Imo State of House Assembly

The Founder of Arise Africa Magazine, Ikechukwu Anyanwu has congratulated Barr. Kennedy Ibeh over his elevation as the newly elected Speaker of Imo House of Assembly.
