Uche Nwosu bags African Achievers Award in UK
The Chief of Staff of Imo State Government, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu was once again the centre of attraction at international stage as he was recently honoured with African Achievers Award on Youth Empowerment by the United Kingdom House of Parliament.
The award was in recognition of Nwosu’s unquantifiable contribution to youth development in Imo state, Nigeria and indeed Africa as a whole. The UK Parliament aims at using the award to appreciate individuals, corporate bodies and organizations for their contributions towards building a healthy society and as well encourage them to do more.
He appreciated the UK House of Parliament and other bodies involved in the African Achievers Award for the honour done him. He promised that the award will spur him more in his avowed commitment to work for the brighter future of Africa through empowerment of youths who are leaders of tomorrow.
“With this judgment, well meaning party faithful in the state have been vindicated. Our party will emerge stronger “. he enthused.
