Ubani Advocates Value-Based Leadership, Backs Otti’s Re-Election as GOMEP President Pays Courtesy Visit
Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Monday Ubani, has called for value-based leadership among elected and appointed public office holders, urging leaders to justify the confidence reposed in them through impactful governance and people-oriented policies.
Ubani made the call while receiving the National President of the Guild of Online Media Editors and Publishers, Otti Treasure, at his country home in Umuosoko, Awomukwu, Ikwuano.

He noted that the administration has erased much of the negative perception previously associated with the state, adding that Abians now proudly identify with their state both within and outside Nigeria.
Ubani further declared that there is “no vacancy” in Government House in 2027, urging Abians to massively support Governor Otti’s re-election bid to enable him consolidate on the gains already recorded.
The SAN argued that Governor Otti has raised the standard of governance in the state within a short period and challenged citizens to envision the level of progress Abia could attain after eight years of sustained leadership.
In his remarks, GOMEP National President, Comrade Otti Treasure, commended Monday Ubani for his unwavering commitment to the defence of human rights, social justice, and his immense contributions to the growth of the legal profession in Nigeria.
He assured the respected legal practitioner of GOMEP’s readiness to collaborate with him in promoting a fair, just, and accountable society where leaders remain responsive to the needs and aspirations of the people.
