Ohakim, Prince Bob Njemanze Pay Condolence Visit to Paddy Obinna’s Family …as Their Presence Became Boost to His Children

For the family of the late Hon. Paddy Obinna, a former Special Adviser on Culture and Arts to the governor, the physical presence of the former governor of Imo state, Chief Ikedi Ohakim and the elder statesman, Prince Bob Njemanze became enormous boosts to their strength and fortress over the death of their father during their visit.

The duo, Chief Ohakim (Ochinanwata) and the revered Public Affairs Analyst, Prince Njemanze paid the condolence visit at the weekend which was described by the people of Umuoacham, Emekuku in Owerri North local government area as effectively consolatory to the children of the late Hon.Obinna.

Before their condolence visit, Chief Ohakim, who is under pressure from a large number of the people of Imo to vie for the coveted governorship seat to complete his second tenure and the fiery senior citizen, Prince Njemanze had sent tributes praising the sterling qualities of the late expert in creative performances in culture and arts.

They expressed their good will messages saying that the contributions of the rare gem to the socio-economic and cultural developments in Imo and beyond are immense and cannot be over emphasized and also that his works towards the preservation of Igbo culture, Communication and Arts would be permanent memories in the hearts.

The body of Hon. Paddy Obinna who was aged 82 until death will be interred on Wednesday August 18, 2026 at his home town, Emekuku.
