NRM Senatorial Candidate For Orlu Zone, Chief Uwaezuoke Sympathizes With Ikenga Ugochinyere Over Attack
The National Rescue Movement, NRM, Senatorial Candidate, for Imo West Senatorial District (Orlu Zone) Chief Stephen Uwaezuoke has joined thousands of well meaning Nigerians to sympathize with Ikenga Ugochinyere over the barbaric attack on his palatial home in Akokwa, Ideato North LGA of Imo State that left about four people dead.
Briefing newsmen in Owerri, Chief Uwaezuoke, who is a strong contender in Imo West (Orlu Zone) Senatorial Election, described the attack as barbaric and man’s inhumanity to man.

Consoling Ugochinyere who is contesting for Ideato North and South Federal Constituency Seat under the platform of People’s Democratic Party, PDP, he encouraged him to take heart and assured him that only God can replace, repay and reward.

The NRM Senatorial Candidate, described the ugly event as one of those challenges and temptations that come with leadership position in a volatile society and urged him to hook unto God like never before, noting that only Him has the power to supernaturally protect lives and property.
The frontline contender for Orlu Senatorial Seat, blamed rising spate of insecurity in the zone to failed leadership and called on the electorate to change the narrative.
He further urged angry youths and other unemployed Nigerians to maximize the opportunity presented by 2023 General Elections to vote out bad leaders.
According to him, “if the elected leaders have done the needful by using the tax payers money to work for the growth and development of the zone, Insecurity, cultism and other social vices bedeviling Orlu Zone and the state today would have been drastically reduced because these youths involved in crime would have been meaningfully engaged”
His words “what happened is a sign of failed leadership, This is one of the reasons am out to change the change with credible leadership, Orlu Zone needs rescue, NRM is the right platform and Chief Uwaezuoke is the solution the people desire and deserve”
He called for serious prayers over insecurity in Orlu Zone and further appealed to all involved in waste of human life and destruction of property to have a rethink and change their lifestyle, stating that live is all about positive contributions.
He seized the opportunity to passionately appeal to Imo Government, the Nigerian police and other security agencies in the state to double their efforts towards protection of lives and property.
