Master Bakers, Caterers of Nigeria Adopts Alhaji Umar, Omotunde for National Election
The Southern Forum of Association of Master Bakers and Caterers of Nigeria (AMBCN), says it has adopted Alhaji Mansur Umar as National Presidential Candidate and Raji Omotunde as his deputy for its forth coming national elections.

This is contained in a communique signed by chairmen and secretaries of the association in the southern part of the country and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Owerri.
The communique read in part “the Southern Master Bakers Forum, in its meeting in respect to the forthcoming election, unanimously resolved to adopt the Mansur Umar/Raji Omotunde Team”.
It said that the mandate also included all the candidates for the various positions in AMBCN.
The Chairman of the Association in Imo, Mr Osmond Nkeoma, who presented the communique to NAN, said that the forum also resolved that its delegates would vote for the adopted candidates of Mansur/Omotunde team on election day.
Other adopted candidates are Mr Jude Okafor, National Secretary, Mr Tumba Garba, National Assistant Secretary, Alhaji Jimoh Iyiola, National Treasurer, Mr Chidi Orlu, National Financial Secretary 1, and Alhaji Kabiru Mohammed, National Financial Secretary 11.
Others are Mr Athanasius Adieme as National Auditor 1, Mr Wakil Ndupwa, National Auditor 11, Alhaji Jamil Mohammed, National PRO 1, and Ademola Ojo, National PRO 11.
Also adopted are Mrs Preye Johnson, National Welfare Officer 1, Mr Sunday Onajiogbe as National Welfare Officer 11 and Elder Jude Akpan as National Provost 1.
The forum also set up a six-man campaign council to co-ordinate activities leading to the elections, in alliance with the 15 candidates, for maximum results.
NAN reports that the communique was signed by 18 chairmen and secretaries of master bakers and caterers of Nigeria from the southern part of the country comprising the South East, South South and South West.
