Kylie who is regarded as the youngest self-made billionaire got her wealth from her cosmetic line and her near monopolistic dealings in bare-bones business. Kylie Cosmetics which is owned by her has been able to amass so much wealth because the entrepreneur has a lot of followers on Instagram.

Jay Z, on the other hand, made his wealth through his holdings in his entertainment empire Roc Nation and streaming service Tidal. But even more, he has shares in big companies like Armand de Brignac champagne and D’Ussé cognac.

For this reason, his net worth moved by N32 billion this year. Talking about his unanticipated wealth, Jay Z made effort to debunk the claim that a musician cannot be rich.

He said: “That was the greatest trick in music that people ever pulled off, to convince artists that you can’t be an artist and make money. When you’re in the studio, you’re an artist, you make music, and then after you finish, you market it to the world. I don’t think anything is wrong with that.
