ISIEC Issues Certificate of Returns to OhajiEgbema Councillors

The Imo State Independent Electoral Commissio ISIEC has issued Certificate of Returns to the councillors – elect of OhajiEgbema local government area.
The event which held on Thursday at ISIEC office Orlu road Owerri attracted all the councillors from the 305 wards of Imo state and their supporters across the country.
Speaking on behalf of the OhajiEgbema Councillors after receiving their certificate of returns, Hon Engr Don Ukwe representing Egbema ward A said they feel very elated for receiving their certificate of returns after the rigorous processes they passed through during the electioneering campaigns.

He said: ” As councillors we promise to reach out to all our constituents to attend to their needs. Also to make a difference as there will be something to show that we have the love of our people at our hearts”. He called on their co-contestants to sheathe their swords and bring their ideas that will enable them develop their various wards and constituencies.They as well promised to carry everybody along in their legislative duties.
Also lending his voice, Hon Deacon Michael Ekpemarachi Pius representing Ohoba ward said as councillors they would give extensive legislative services to the people of OhajiEgbema.
He promised to sponsor an education bill that will monitor curriculum implementation in OhajiEgbema.
Other councilors who received their certificate of returns included, Hon Gill Ogbonna of Ekwuato ward, Hon. Onyia David – Egbema ward B, Hon. Mazi Ifeanyi – Egbema ward C, Hon. Gabriel Anyanwu – Egbema ward D, Hon. Kingsley Chukwu – Egbema ward E, Hon. John Amaechi Prosper – Assa/ Obile ward, Hon. Everestus Dikeocha – Awarra Ikwerrede ward, Hon. Onuoha Joel – Obitti Mgbuisii ward, Hon. Kingsley Onuegbu Ally – Umuagwo ward, and Hon. Nwali Wisdom Azubuike – Umuapu ward.
