Imo Soccer Icon, Bash Condoles Late Enugu FA Boss Family
Former Chairman of Heartland FC of Owerri, Chief Goodfaith Chibuzo Etuemena a popularly known as Bash, has commenserated with the Enugu State Football Association over the demise of its Chairman, Mazi Chidi Ofor Okenwa whose death was announced few days ago.

In a message issued in Owerri on Wednesday, Chief Etuemena (Bash) also condoled the family of the deceased saying that the demise of their husband and father was a big loss to entire Nigerian football community.
Recalling some of his personal interactions with Ofor Okenwa when the deceased was alive, Chief Etuemena said the man had a great dream to transform Nigerian football.
“He lived and died for football. He was a peaceful and wise man but more importantly, he was a stickler to laid down rules and regulations”
Bash said many people especially, football stake-holders in the country would miss the comradeship and wise counsel Ofor Okenwa usually brings to the country’s football.
“May God grant his soul a resting place and may He also, comfort the deceased’s immediate family, the Enugu State FA and the Nigerian football stake-holders at large over this irreparable loss”, he prayed.
