Imo Police Command alerts the public on Security Measures during the Yuletide
The State Police Command has alerted Imo people that as Christmas approaches a lot of hard working families will be making efforts to generate resources to ensure that their members are happy and stable during the season some unscrupulous, evil minded persons and criminal elements in their midst are also at work to make life appear uncomfortable for the good citizens of the State.
The Command therefore reassures the citizenry that it has heightened security to ensure that Imo people go about their lawful businesses without molestation.
It advises persons who engage in business transactions that involve huge carriage of cash and other monetary instrument to endeavor to discreetly apply for security coverage.

The Imo Police Command says such transactions must as much as possible be kept secret and shot shared with people who do not need to know or have business with such information.
The Command further calls on persons who use tinted glasses without authorization, covering of plate numbers or government plate numbers on private vehicles sirens and driving with forged or expired papers to do the needful to save themselves from confrontation with the law.
It also calls for security consciousness among citizens while suspicious persons, movement and transactions must be reported to the nearest Police station.
