Former lawmaker dumps Labour Party, joins Action People’s Party
A former lawmaker, who represented Ahiazu Mbaise state constituency at the Imo State House of Assembly, Ichie Ken Agbim, PhD has dumped Labour Party to join Action People’s Party (APP).

According to the lawmaker, the decision to leave the party was based on the crisis that has riddled the labour party after the 2023 general elections.
Agbim who has made significant political impact in his constituency has called on his numerous supporters to be sure that his decision was for their general good and that judging from the political permutations, APP offers better option for him.
