Chief Uwaezuoke Receives Award of Excellence From UCEI

The former Orlu Senatorial candidate,Chief Stephen CY Uwaezuoke has received a meritorious award of Excellent Services from renowned humanitarian organization, Uju Charity And Empowerment Initiative, UCEI for his selfless contributions for the betterment of society.
Chief Uwaezuoke who received the award amid cheers owing to his personality, according to the UCEI team is qualified the award in all ramifications hence the need to give honour to whom it is due.

Presenting the award to the man of the moment, Chief Uwaezuoke whose generosity had in recent times attracted the Pillar of Society (Nkume 1) Chieftency title from Eziachi Ancient Kingdom in Orlu, Imo State, the Secretary of the NGO, Hon. Victor Diala commended him for his unrelenting poise to contribute his quota to any good cause especially as it relates to humanitarian actions across boards.

Hon. Diala added that UCEI is determined to change the ugly narratives in giving alms to the needy in society hence deemed it necessary to fill up the gaps of providing for the people in basic aspects where governance has failed.
Receiving the award, Chief CY Uwaezuoke thanked the UCEI team for the honour while commending them for their diligent services since the inception of the foundation, adding that the foundation has brought commitment, and transparency to the welfare of the people.
“I’m very happy that some of my messages are being felt across the society.
“Our governments; Federal and state governments have all failed us hence we have to find ways of giving back to society to change the ugly developments across the country.

“I will always support the Foundation’s Charity and empowerment initiatives because it is the right thing to do to save and serve our people”, he assured.
Speaking earlier, the founder of the renowned foundation -the Uju Charity And Empowerment Initiative, UCEI, Ambassador Chika Uju extolled the awardee for his commitment to

Ambassador Uju however called for the support of good-spirited individuals across boards to move the foundation forward in catering to the needy.
