Bona Nwoke eulogised for his steadfastness to APC …as he sues for unity among members

Apex leader of APC at Ward 7, Ngor-Okpala local government area, Imo State, Chief Bona Nwoke Dike, has been eulogized for his steadfastness to the party and its sustenance at the locality and beyond.
Giving the eulogy on 20th January, 2020 during a meeting convened by Chief Bona Nwoke Dike, at his native home, Ameke Ngor, APC members across the locality involving the LGA Youth Leader from Ward 7, a former Councillor, Hon Stanley Maduwuba (Jamike), Mrs Emily Fintan, LGA Assistant Woman Leader, Mr Temple Simon Ekeji, Chairman Ward 7, Engineer Ben Nnaji from Ward 7, Chief Ekwueme, former Ward 7 Chairman, Mr Aloysius Iwuala, former Ward 7 Chairman, Secretary, Mr Charles Umunakwe, LGA Party Secretary, High Chief Val Okere, (Amaioha Ngor- Okpala), Mr IG Njoku, among others who respectively said Chief Nwoke Dike’s moral and financial support to the party before and after the elections encouraged and galvanised the members, the result of which was the success they recorded at the area.

They expressed gratitude to him for convening the meeting at such a time others are busy jostling for appointments and assured him of their loyalty and support in his efforts to advance the cause of APC at the area, while urging him not to relent in moving the party forward.
They also called on other APC leaders of Ngor-okpala to emulate his example and bring their members together as everyone needs to be carried along in the scheme of things.
In his speech, Chief Bona Nwoke Dike, expressed delight at the large turnout of members at the meeting and stressed the need for them to be united.
He said “Governor Hope Uzodinma preaches unity among APC members. The victory of Governor Hope Uzodinma will benefit Ngor -Okpala both in appointments and developmental projects, as a result of our hard work”.
Nwoke reiterated that “There is no more division in APC, so you should all try to get along with everyone. Party is like Church, hence APC cannot afford to reject anyone, because we are one family. Keep hope alive, for things will get better”.
He thus commended Sir George Eche, former Secretary to Imo State Government and Apc Governorship aspirant for 2019 election, Dr. TOE Ekechi and Barr Enyinnaya Onuegbu, for their leadership qualities and assured them of the support of Ngor-Okpala APC members of Ward 7 and Okwe Court Area.
Nwoke equally assured the women and youths to keep faith as the Uzodinma led government has rich empowerment programs for them to enable them beat poverty and vulnerability, just as he thanked leaders of APC from other Wards who graced the meeting and assured them of cooperation of members of Ward 7.
Notably, Ward 7 is the largest political Ward within Ngor -Okpala district which constitutes of 3 autonomous communities: Ngor, Ihitte- Okwe and Umukabia-Ogodo, housing the local government headquarters.
