APC has shown their limitations —Hon. Ofoma ||| NEWS CORNER
Hon. Desmond Ofoma, the ambitious Chairman of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Owerri municipal council, Imo State, said it is time to sweep every ward, clean of the ineffectiveness that has plagued the people for years.
Hon. Ofoma stated this recently in Owerri while fielding questions from newsmen.
He stressed that many had long been disillusioned by the ruling parties, the APC, PDP, APGA and even LP, had failed to address the true issues threatening their communities.
“We all know the problems facing our nation, rampant unemployment, a failing economy, and pervasive insecurity,”

“The ruling party has shown us their limitations, and it is now our duty to seize this opportunity. With the strategies we have meticulously laid down, I assure you, SDP will not just compete; we will conquer”.
Hon. Ofoma boldly, stated that already 50% of those from other political parties have embraced the SDP, saying that their doors are open to everyone who desires genuine change and a government that listens.
Adding that they envisioned a transformed Owerri Municipal, a place where the voices of the people would be amplified rather than ignored.
“SDP has come to wipe away the tears of our people. For too long, we have watched as our neighbors struggled, seeking solutions while our leaders turned a blind eye. We are here to bring smiles back to the faces of those who have suffered silently. Together, we will change the narrative”.
He as well applauded the leadership of the state Chairman of SDP, Amb. Dr, Ifeanyi Henry Eluwa on the manner he pilot the affiars of the party in the state.
