Commissionership: Hon. Heclus, Gloria, Nokaa felicitate Tony Okere on his appointment

By Ikenna OriohaRespectable persons of Ohaji/Egbema local government area of Imo State, Hon Cyriacus Heclus Okoro -member representing Ohaji Egbema State Constituency, Hon Ndidi Gloria Onyemaechi -member Imo Transport Company, ITC Interim Committee Management and Pharmacist Marshall Nokaa -President, PDP Supporters Group, Ohaji/ Egbema, have felicitated with Hon Tony Okere Eze on his appointment as Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources.

The felicitation was poured on the Commissioner during a reception at Dreamland Hotel, Owerri immediately shortly after his inauguration.

According to member representing Ohaji Egbema State Constituency, Hon Cyriacus Heclus Okoro, the commissioner -Tony Okere Eze is a nice man who deserves the appointment, believing he will perform creditably to reposition the ministry.

In his words, “Hon Tony Okere Eze is a brother. I confirmed his appointment as a Commissioner in the Imo House of Assembly. I’m happy he is a Commissioner. He is fit to carry on the official assignment. It is a good change that will benefit the state positively”.

While wishing him well, Member, Imo Transport Company, ITC Interim Committee Management, Hon Ndidi Gloria Onyemaechi prayed God to always strengthen him to be able to perform well while thanking Governor Emeka Ihedioha for finding him worthy for the appointment.In the same vein, the President of PDP Supporters Group, Ohaji /Egbema, Pharmacist Marshall Nokaa congratulated the Commissioner for a well deserved appointment and called on the people of the area to continue to rally support for Tony Okere Eze and the PDP led administration so that Imo State would be effectively rebuilt for the good of the people.

Appreciating the people for their support and felicitation, the Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, Hon Tony Okere Eze, urged the people to do whatever that will be of immense benefit to the locality, as well as the state in order to advance goodness.

Hon Eze appealed to youths to shun ill-conducts while engaging in meaningful activities to live well.

“Always advise me when necessary. Do whatever you know that will lift Imo positively because collectively we shall rebuild Imo. Am grateful to God for the elevation and I promise never to fail you. We will help to keep our environment safe. Thank you for your support”.

Recall that Mr Tony Okere Eze was among the Commissioners who were sworn-in on Wednesday by Governor Emeka Ihedioha at Ahajioku Centre, Owerri.

The Governor had charged the appointees to hit the ground running with the blueprints of the Rebuild Imo Administration as well as live up to expectation in order to move the state forward.
