AC Milan Swoop For Monaco Youngster

Monaco youth player Leroy Abanda Mfomo looks set to trade the red and white of the Ligue 1 side for the red and black of AC Milan.
The 18 year-old full-back has featured regularly at youth level for Les Monegasques, including their UEFA Youth League campaign where he’s scored twice and assisted twice.
With the Rossoneri looking to add to their defensive options, a deal is in place to sign the Frenchman who has a contract with Monaco until the summer.
Milan are likely to have benefited from the arrival of Geoffrey Moncada, who served as chief scout for Monaco before joining the Diavolo toward the end of last year.
It remains to be seen whether or not Abanda Mfomo will join Milan in January, with the same source suggesting the club will try to complete the signing as early as possible.
Abanda Mfomo has already featured for France at youth level and can potentially play in an advanced position.
