2027 Elections: Imo SDP Chairman, Amb. Eluwa Advocates Political Collaboration
In a significant move poised to reshape the political landscape of Imo State, the Chairman of the Social Democratic Party SDP, Amb. Ifeanyi Eluwa has expressed his Joy over the increasing influx of members into the party.
In a statement signed and made available to newsmen in Owerri recently, Amb. Eluwa underscored the SDP’s focus on harmonization, infusion, and collaboration, emphasizing that the party is open to individuals from diverse political backgrounds.
Amb. Eluwa however addressed recent rumours suggesting that key party members were being encouraged to re-register in their respective wards, stating that the claims are unfounded and counterproductive, while stressing that the party’s expansion is about unity rather than division.
The Imo SDP Chairman while acknowledging the success stories of the party across boards, commended the National Chairman, Alhaji Shehu Musa, and his team for their adept governance and strategic vision for the party, as he expressed confidence that their leadership strides are steering SDP towards a more robust framework that aligns with the aspirations of the Nigerian populace.
He further described the party as a vital vehicle capable of guiding Nigeria toward its promised land, emphasizing that the SDP’s core values align with the needs and desires of the state, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a new political home that prioritizes the common good hence he extended a heartfelt invitation to the people of Imo State, encouraging them to consider joining SDP.
